Can I buy something here?

Yes. The shop lists the pieces. Each one is made to order for you.

How long does shipping take?

Making the piece takes about 2 to 5 business days.

After that, transit is about 3 to 4 business days in the US and Canada, and 5 to 20 business days internationally. These are estimates, not a promised date.

When checkout offers a faster rate, express transit is about 1 to 3 business days after the piece is made.

Are tax and duties included?

Tax and duties may apply depending on destination. The shipping price is the rate for that address. It is shown before you pay. Crankles does not add a handling fee.

Can I return a piece?

These pieces are made to order. A return for size or a change of mind is not offered, unless the piece itself is defective.

If a piece arrives misprinted or damaged, write within 30 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it, including the shipping you paid for that piece. Returns

Each piece is made to order for you, then shipped.

Does a bought brick change the game?

Does a bought brick change the game? No. Every run has the same plan of colored bricks (4 gold, 5 sage, 5 slate). If no bought brick takes a spot, a plain house brick takes it and drops the same power-up. A bought brick only changes the look and the name on it. Buying gives you no advantage, and there are no prizes or rankings.

Breaking a brick in the game affects only that play session; the wall listing is unchanged.

What is the brick wall?

A payment lays a brick with the name you choose. We refund a brick that never appears or was charged by mistake. Phil approves each refund. Once a brick is on the wall, it is final. The wall
